Magnolia Farm is located in Eagleville, Tennessee, approximately 45 minutes from Nashville and within easy driving distance of Franklin and Murfreesboro. Couples love our private countryside setting while still being convenient for guests traveling from the Nashville area.
What wedding packages do you offer?
We offer three flexible wedding options:
Wedding Weekend Estate – $13,000 (Friday–Sunday experience)
Two-Day Wedding Experience – $11,000
One-Day Wedding Rental – $9,000
Each package is designed to give couples the level of time, lodging, and flexibility that fits their vision.

Indoor reception barn
Outdoor ceremony locations

Tables and chairs for up to 175 guests

Can we choose our own vendors?
Yes. Magnolia Farm allows couples to bring in their preferred licensed and insured vendors. We also provide a recommended vendor list featuring trusted professionals familiar with our property and layout.

Is Magnolia Farm an all-inclusive wedding venue?
Magnolia Farm is considered a semi-inclusive Nashville-area wedding venue. We include many of the major essentials — such as coordination, tables, chairs, and ceremony spaces — while still allowing you the flexibility to choose your own catering, florals, photography, and design team.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book Magnolia Farm 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak spring and fall dates. Because we host a limited number of weddings each year to preserve the experience, popular weekends tend to fill quickly.
Is rehearsal dinner included?
Yes — rehearsal dinner space is included in both:
-Wedding Weekend Estate package
-Two-Day Wedding Experience
Couples choosing the One-Day Rental typically host their rehearsal off-site.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
To secure your date, we require:
-A signed contract
-A retainer payment
We also offer a complimentary 48-hour courtesy hold after your tour if you need time to finalize your decision.
